Jennifer (“Jenny”) Baxter Moser is an investor and advisor focused on high-growth consumer companies. Baxter Moser spent 16 years at TSG Consumer Partners, serving as Partner from 2013 to 2023, where she led investments in innovative brands such as REVOLVE, Scopely, Paige Denim, Backcountry, Smashbox and e.l.f. Cosmetics. Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Baxter Moser was a consultant at Bain & Company where she worked in corporate strategy as well as Bain's private equity practice. Baxter Moser holds a dual degree in Economics and Communications from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
