We have adopted a modern hybrid workplace environment that embraces flexibility for our employees while encouraging connection and community. Building on our learnings in 2020 and 2021 when our outstanding financial results demonstrated how capably many of our teams can execute in a distributed, remote environment, we now offer significantly increased flexibility to our employees while promoting important opportunities for in-person interaction, collaboration and team building.

Girls Inc, is a non-profit organization inspiring girls to be strong, smart and bold through education and advocacy. REVOLVE was a platinum sponsor for the Girls Inc. fundraiser, LA Girls Rise, in 2022 and will be a gold sponsor for the upcoming 2023 LA Girls Rise event. REVOLVE Chief Brand Officer, Raissa Gerona, hosted a Girls Inc. fundraiser for International Women’s Day in 2023, presented at a Girl’s Inc. women’s leadership event in 2022 and serves on the board of directors of Girls Inc.’s Los Angeles chapter to further elevate REVOLVE’s support for the organization’s advocacy efforts.

In advance of the 2020 Presidential election, we partnered with former First Lady Michelle Obama’s ‘When We All Vote’ organization to support voter registration. We donated 20% of the purchase price from each Vote4Ever collection item in support of this important cause.
