Raised $250,000 to donate N95 masks for frontline healthcare workers:

Our COVID-19 response enabled us to leverage our unique combination of competences – including global sourcing expertise and worldwide social media reach – to raise awareness for the cause and deliver the personal protective equipment where it was needed most to protect our frontline healthcare workers.

Charitable match program for employee donations:

In 2020, we established a new program to match employee financial donations to charities around the world, enabling employees to contribute to charities of their choice with a 1:1 contribution match on behalf of REVOLVE.

Wide-ranging support for local community organizations:

Over the years, the REVOLVE employee community has supported many local organizations including Toys for Tots, Step up, the American Cancer Society, and by establishing a mentorship program for local high school students interested in a fashion design career, just to name a few.

Key Initiatives

COVID-19 response protected employees while maintaining outstanding customer service

While the COVID-19 pandemic presented significant operational challenges, we focused on our priorities to protect our employees while maintaining a laser focus on delivering outstanding service for our customers. Our number one priority is maintaining the health and safety of our employees, including our valued team working tirelessly to fulfill customer orders. We completely revamped our operating procedures for employees with roles requiring them to physically be in the workplace. We implemented rigorous health and safety guidelines including daily temperature checks, regular COVID testing, contact tracing, a return-to-work screening process, and establishing social distancing requirements in the distribution center, among many others. Our effective COVID response provided a safe working environment and enabled our team to achieve record levels of customer satisfaction in 2020, despite the operational headwinds that resulted in fulfillment delays among many other ecommerce apparel companies.

Launched Vote4EVER apparel collection to contribute funds in support of voter registration

In advance of the 2020 Presidential election, we partnered with former First Lady Michelle Obama’s ‘When We All Vote’ organization to support voter registration. We donated 20% of the purchase price from each Vote4Ever collection item in support of this important cause.
